Cardinal Civil Contracting is a full-service civil contracting company specializing in infrastructure and site preparation solutions for every type of demographic, ranging from single family and multi-family residential, to high density residential, office & retail, municipal, industrial and institutional projects.
Founded in 2013, CCC has grown both vertically and horizontally in order to provide turnkey services to our clients. We leverage our expert ability to manage the technical complexities associated with utility work. Our customer base ranges from private developers to universities, government agencies, general contractors (both regional and national) and corporations expanding into the marketplace. CCC’s philosophy of doing each job right the first time is showcased by utilizing industry recognized project management methods and by leveraging our expert ability to manage the technical complexities associated with utility work. These capabilities result in providing strong value and constant support to our customers which is the true secret to our success.
Our Process
Open high-level collaboration with customers is not a common practice in the industry, yet can yield significant value if creative ideas are properly communicated to those engineering the project or to team members that may not have the same level of technical or field expertise as CCC.
Our process not only saves time but also sets the table for CCC to analyze the most cost effective and timely way to complete a project.This preliminary methodology allows CCC to engage in the early stages of planning so we can maximize the efficiency of our crews by scheduling the right equipment and labor resources to perform the project.
In addition to benefitting our customers on the planning and financial end, this approach has helped to solidify CCC’s reputation for keeping their commitments and delivering projects on schedule and at or below budget.
