Flowers Plantation

Cardinal Civil’s newest project is Flowers Plantation in Johnston County for True Homes.  The subdivision will consist of 315 townhomes developed over 42 acres.  The scope of the project includes mass grading, clearing, and installing wet utility services for the community.  In addition, we’ll construct retaining walls, which will support up to 4000 tons of backfill.  Our partners at Aviator Paving will construct the curbing, stone and asphalt, in addition to creating improvements highlighting the rising popularity at Flower’s Plantation. We take great pride participating and contributing to the on-going growth in this area of the Triangle.
