James Grove at Alston Town Center

Cardinal Civil is providing homesites for Lennar in the new James Grove Townhome Community located in Cary, NC.  This project includes approximately 30 acres of clearing and grading, approximately 4,500 LF of sanitary sewer line installation, approximately 7,000 LF of storm drain installation, & approximately 6,500 LF of waterline installation.  Cardinal is also performing a road widening of Alston Ave for the neighborhood entrance, as well as new asphalt greenway trails for the neighborhood. When this project is complete, there will be 184 townhome homesites.
