Cardinal Civil Contracting Charlotte has recently completed site work for Bella Vista, a four-phase development located in Denver, NC, no more than 15 minutes down the road from our office. This project involved installing 10,900 feet of Sanitary Sewer, 19,500 feet of storm drain, 11,500 feet of waterline, and 29,500 square yards of asphalt. This subdivision includes a beautiful amenity, mail kiosk, and an asphalt walking trail, all designed to serve 193 single-family homes across 87 acres.
