The Nelson’s Creek project has been one of our most successful ventures, divided into two subphases. In close collaboration with Meritage Homes, Cardinal Civil Contracting Charlotte is set to complete the project by the summer of 2026. CCCC is responsible for all site development tasks, including underground utilities, mass grading, pond installation, and paving. The development will feature 383 single-family lots, two mail kiosk parking lots, and an amenity center, all spread across 119 acres.
