Located in Huntersville, NC, Mayes Rd will feature 82 lots spread across 22 acres. Managed by Cardinal Civil Contracting Charlotte since February 2024, this project is slated for completion in early Summer 2025. The development involves the installation of approximately 22,400 linear feet of underground utilities and the use of 2,800 tons of asphalt. Additionally, CCCC will be overseeing the Mayes Rd roadway improvements done by Appco Construction, LLC.
