Amavi Brier Creek is an expansive community project of 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes, and 3-5 bedroom detached single family homes. Cardinal Civil is currently working in Durham, NC to complete this 74-acre site of town homes and single-family units. This broad services project includes moving over 275,000 CY of dirt, building over 36,300 LF of underground utilities and 36,970 LF of asphalt. This project also has several offsite roadway improvements that are currently under construction.
