Located in Knightdale, North Carolina, the development is a project called Brio, which is owned by Arizona-based Suncrest and managed locally by JPM South Development. Brio will host residences from DRB Homes (formerly Dan Ryan Builders), Pulte Homes and Stanley Martin Homes. The total development for the master-planned community is approved for as many as 1,100 residential units across the 375 acres. Stanley Martin is building more than 500 single-family, age restricted homes on 184 acres. Pulte is planning 267 homesites mixed between town homes and single-family, while DRB is offering 288 homesites.
