Creating a modern industrial warehouse
A former field in Clayton, N.C., is now the foundation for an industrial warehouse development.
Cardinal Civil Contracting handled the full site development for Ordner Construction, from underground utilities through a graded pad ready for vertical construction.
Crews installed a grinder manhole and sanitary sewer force main, tying the system into the existing municipal sewer. The scope also covered storm drainage, waterline and the earthwork to bring the site to grade. To set a stable base for the facility, Cardinal Civil worked with Aviator Paving to cement stabilize the building pad.
