The Ovation at Sweetbrier project has been one of our most successful ventures, divided into multiple subphases to ensure efficiency and quality. Cardinal Civil Contracting's work at the Ovation at Sweetbrier location involved a variety of civil construction services. Cardinal Civil Construction is responsible for all site development tasks, including underground utilities, mass grading, pond installation, and paving. Efforts were focused on ensuring that the infrastructure was properly laid out for the project. In partnership with Mungo Homes, Cardinal is set to complete the project by the summer of 2025. The development will feature 88 single-family lots, 87 town home lots, and an amenity center, all spread across 80 acres.
