Solana is a Pulte Homes project offering new construction modern town homes, and two-story single-family homes. Cardinal Civil has been working with Pulte Homes on the Solana Subdivision since 2023. The extensive subdivision has had multiple phases with Solana Phases 1-4 being completed and active work going on in Solana II PH 1-4, Solana 5A and Solana Phases 5B-8. This subdivision when all completed will be 180 acres. In total this project will consist of approximately 31,000 LF of sewer line (onsite and offsite), 32,000 LF of storm drain, and 33,000 of waterline. Work includes two road-widening offsite improvements that have been successfully completed.
