Wilmington Courtyard Townhomes is a 67-lot townhome subdivision located in Garner, NC. Together with McKinley Construction LLC., the site work for the job was completed at the end of 2024. Cardinal Civil installed 3,000 LF of water line, 2,000 LF of sanitary sewer, and over 5,000 LF of curb and gutter. In addition, Cardinal Civil’s paving company, Aviator Paving, LLC also completed a related road widening for Wilmington Road.
