Ascend Varina Gateway

Cardinal Civil has recently completed all site work for the new Auburn Station subdivision located in Garner, NC. This site will consist of 174 single family homes, an amenity center, and asphalt walking trails throughout the subdivision. This project consisted of approximately 60 acres of clearing and grading, 8,000 LF of Sanitary Sewer installation, 11,000 LF of Storm Drain, 9000 LF of Waterline, and 3,000 LF of Force Main. Cardinal Civil will also be performing the road widening work on East Garner Road and Auburn Knightdale Road, that work is scheduled to be completed this summer.
